Takes nice, choc flavour quite subtle cost is much higher than one i usually buy. i would probably buy this occasionally rather than regularly for this reason.
I'm a regular buyer the chocolate flavour is my favourite not too sweet and sickly great rich flavour blend hits the spot ideal after the gym too good carbs and protein blend handy sachets to carry anywhere too
