THE SECRET TO PERFECT YORKSHIRES

- Add a little oil into each compartment of a cupcake tray and cook in a pre-heated oven until the oil is sizzling hot, usually 5-10 minutes.
- Always place your cupcake tray on the top shelf of the oven.
- For best results, cook your Yorkshires in the oven on their own (we recommend doing this while your meat is resting)
- Avoid temptation and do not open the oven door in the first 15 minutes of cooking your Yorkshire Puddings!

TASTY TIPS

- Mini Toad in the Holes: pre bake cocktail sausages in the cupcake tray for 10 minutes, then add the batter & bake as usual.
