I thought it was a recycled handle with 4 extra razor "heads". very happy with the product otherwise but would have been more eco friendly if you just changed the "heads" rather than dispose of the whole thing each time.
This was a great razor to use. there was no irritation as sometimes i can be sensitive to products. its great this is a more eco friendly product.
