This is a good start to the day, high fibre and protein, i feel full and satisfied and i doubt i will feel hungry until much later in the day. i had 2 . i may reduce to 1 and have some fruits alongside it.
Great tasting, i didn’t notice any difference between this and the original. so it’s great knowing i’m getting more protein into my diet each day.
