Great product as i use pittas a lot and had to stop due to ibs so really happy with this and will purchase again
Great taste and does not fall apart
Good alternative to pitta for gluten free diets.
I used the pittas as pizza bases. add toppings, then 5 minutes in the air fryer at 180 degrees. the best pizza i've eaten in years. the base was properly cooked but still doughy and not crisp all the way through like a lot of the wheat free pizzas. they also freeze well and still make a good pizza if defrosted first.
Great texture and taste. glad it’s gluten free. goes well with curry.
