Very tasty and very easy to make. it was so simple and very filling.
Yum, used duck rather than chicken and green veg so not visually photo recipe but the taste and consistency (warning, check the soak on the rice, may need more). trying hard not to go for seconds as that would be greed and will be interesting to see how flavour develops. need larger coconut sachets it did definitely add as garnish and consistency

Great tastes and textures but needs to be family size (serve at least 4) and can’t give more stars due to single use plastic packaging...
Easy to prepare and very tasty meal kit
I made up the thai lemongrass chilli. very easy to follow and make up, perfect after been at work all day. i used the spice mix sparingly but put this on the table so my mum could adjust the level of spice she likes. all in all would recommend and purchase again.
It is a nice change for a week night, and you can use meat or meat substitutes and it’s equally good.
