Really nice taste that reminds me of what i think pork tastes like (haven't had any for years so not 100% sure!) good amount in the packet. easy to cook (fried and then simmered into tomato sauce. was great with spaghetti.
Very pleased, great taste, healthy and handy to have in the freezer. i'd buy again!
