A good attempt to create something that has the structure of chicken but is a bit too moist to be a copy but tastes fine.
I loved the softness of the larger pieces, before i bought the smaller pieces and they are more hard and chewy, or maybe that's just the way i cooked them! anyway i enjoyed this product more than any other fake chicken!!

Quite tasty replacement for chicken if a tad expensive.
I haven't eaten chicken for years due to lack of flavour & how most chickens are reared., so it aas a revelation to find this product. the taste, texture & look of the cooked fillets were fantastic, like chicken used to be.
