Nice simple natural product. wouldn't buy the sweetened versions due to the sugar content but the plain is great. full of gut friendly bacteria and nice simple. i do try and avoid dairy though so wouldn't normally buy

This product is great! the consistency is perfect for drinking but not too thin, and the kefir gives it some tang. not too expensive either. would definitely buy again if i needed a quick breakfast.
