It didn't taste too bad, but after 4 yoghurts, i don't know how effective they are.
I love the taste, the cholesterol reducing aspect and the size of the yogurts. i like the fact that you can scrape all the yogurt from the carton unlike a bottle. benecol need to offer more flavours please
