Goats' milk is naturally easier to digest because the fats are much smaller and the different proteins allow it to form a softer curd during digestion. Goats' milk also contains at least 4x more prebiotics than cows' milk, which encourage the growth of good gut bacteria and thereby help to maintain the health of the gut microbiome.

Definitely tastes different to cows milk, has a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste, but in coffee, tasted no different! great that its easier to digest though, would consider it in future
It's one of the better tasting milks out there. i would happily use it instead of cows milk however the rest of the family are not convinced yet.

I got this for my son who is having to change his diet for an operation. he liked it but didn’t seem overly enthusiastic about it being a permanent change. will buy again but not as a regular item.
