Great little loaf of sourdough, nice and chewy and flavoursome
I got into sourdough bread a while ago now. i prefer the seeded one. as part of my diet i have 1 slice a day of bread. don’t like it unless toasted and that makes it perfect. no butter or jam just an egg. perfect. stores own are good too so depends on price if i buy this or stores own.
Love the stodginess of the bread. makes cracking toast.

Its alright for toasting but its very hard and tough to eat
Love the taste. only precaution i would like to share is the salt content in the bread.
