A favourite breakfast cereal. healthy and tasty, i especially like the texture as it doesn't go soggy. i enjoy it with a sprinkle of nuts & seeds with yogurt and milk.

I like that this cereal is very low in sugar and fat. it doesn’t have much flavour but is good for mixing with another cereal to lower the overall sugar/fat content.
