I love shredded wheat and it takes me back to my childhood days, staying with my grandma. she always ate shredded wheat for breakfast.

Another favourite cereal, i like that it doesn't have added sugar and doesn't go all soggy. i just add yoghurt and milk to taste.

I really like this cereal - all natural with no added sugar or additives, etc. also so flexible as to how to eat it. i like mine with hot milk, wheat germ and chopped nuts.
