You can't go wrong with shredded wheat. i usually buy the bite size version but am delighted with this original format. i was very happy they were packaged in pairs. this keeps them fresh for so much longer. shredded wheat is my favourite cereals. great taste and texture. best with cold oat milk without sugar. highly recommended!

I've always liked shredded wheat, it's not a sugary cereal and i feel it's a healthy breakfast. fruit can be added to it as well
