Got ideas on how to use the seasoned rice vinegar from a new tv cooking show on itv. never used before but really impressed as it does make a difference to the taste.

Full of flavour, good for marination, seasoning on salad, as a dip with fresh chilli or dried chilli flakes. normally, get it from asia oriental supermarket.
