Turns out Mum was right, we need to eat more veg. It’s better for you and kinder to the planet. 2017 was the year we dropped meat & fish. It was the best decision we’ve ever made. We’ve now completed the final piece of our 100% plant-powered jigsaw and ditched dairy too. With chickens and cheese fleeing the nest we’ve replaced them with even more of Mother Nature’s finest colourful ingredients.

As part of this transition we’ve also moved house. Our new recipes will now be made slap bang in the middle of the UK’s vegetable farming heartland up in Lincolnshire. The local farmers up there really do know their onions. From here we’ll be able source over 80% of our UK grown ingredients from within a few miles and get as much wonky veg into our recipes as possible.
