TORO LOCO® Rosé won the gold medal at the Berliner Wein Trophy. It is made from Bobal, the grape variety native to the Utiel-Requena appellation located near Valence in Spain.

This wine goes perfectly with fresh and light dishes such as grilled shrimp or summer salad.

WINEMAKING PROCESS:
Harvest and grape selection take place in the coolest hours in the morning and grapes selection. Fermentation happens at low temperatures in stainless steel vats to keep the fruit's aroma unspoiled.
