Handy plant based sliced cheese alternative to the usual dairy cheese used for packed lunches. the kids really liked it and said the taste reminded them of baby bel cheeses.

My husband enjoyed the taste and seemed to melt well in toasties and on burgers .
Good on a burger but don't let it melt too long under the grill or it starts to bubble and go crispy. nice enough flavour though.
