Melted super easily as a cheese topping for pasta bake. not stringy like mozzarella but super versatile to use. handy resealable bag too!

I was a little sceptical about trying a none dairy product, as my only experience was with a made to order 'sandwich' retailer & that was not enjoyable in an way at all. this however, was a game charger. i love cheese & to have a product that would be a suitable alternative without the fattiness some cheeses can give, which sometimes stops me sleeping at night i'm really pleased & would definitely recommend & buy again. thanks shopmium, as without the offer here i'd have unlikely tried this, but they now have a new buyer 😆
