Was very suprised that frozen shakes can be delicious! made it with milk and want tp try them all!
Very filling and thick, i had the coca berry pack made up with my lactose free milk. my husband hated it but i quite liked it although i'm not sure i would buy it again at full price as we already get enough protein from meat and fish. overall fab if you are doing a lot of heavy exercise, or have been unwell and need a boost.
Very convenient. keeping these on hand for those days i run out of time to have breakfast before heading to work. a bit expensive for my weekly shop, but will buy when they are on offer.
