Good texture, not too thick, easy to spread when making sandwiches. garlic taste just right, especially for egg sandwiches.

Loved the flavour - delicious and not overpowering. loved that it's in a glass jar rather than plastic. my son is allergic to egg and i try to eat as vegan as possible so we only have plant based mayos.
