I like this product as being in a spray form it is much easier to take
I've had long-term chronic deficiencies on some vitamins, and taking them in spray form has shown the best results in absorption and retention. my family are on some sprays - generally, if they taste good all is good and there's no battle of consumption.

Love this product, such an easy way to get your daily vitamin d without any sunshine. lovely peppermint taste, i keep mine next to the toothbrushes as a reminder to use it every day. it's a great way for children to get their vitamin d, much better than tablets, they can do it themselves and feel like they're in control. my young son pretends it is a breath freshener 😂
