I used this product to spread on some puff pastry for a base on a salmon dish and it didn’t disappoint. had some left over to spread on celery, very nice.
This is ideal on a ryvita crispbread with chopped fresh tomatoes as a snack. the taste is fresh and creamy.
Makes a lovely creamy garlic sauce, great with bacon and pasta or chicken.

It has a strong taste. i will likely change my pasta sauce to make it less ntense..i think more to add for a dinner rather than on cracker bread.
