Our Pecorino Romano P.D.O is made with sheep's milk and matured in Italy for a minimum of 8 months which gives it a distinctive aromatic, sharp and salty flavour. Available in a convenient 60g resealable doypack, this cheese is the favourite choice for Italian pasta dishes with highly flavoured sauces, such as spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti cacio e pepe.

The taste of this pecorino is deep and adds flavour to any dish. it's the perfect pasta companion. highly recommended!

Cook your pasta, add a ladle full of the cooking water to a few table spoons of butter, chuck in the whole pack of cheese and a good few turns of the pepper grinder. drain pasta and through in sauce. result: yummy pasta!
