For health condition is the best
Nice flavoured yoghurts with quite a bit of fruit in them. i found the pieces of fruit to be a bit on the hard side though, which was a shame because the yoghurt itself was quite creamy with a nice peach flavour but the actual fruit pieces were harder than i expected them to be. it's brilliant if eating one yoghurt a day can lower your cholesterol, for anyone with high cholesterol. however, i am grateful to have had the opportunity to try them whilst on offer, as i now know i won't purchase them again. they are expensive to buy at full price, particularly since it's recommended to consume 1 yoghurt a day to lower your cholesterol... which means purchasing 2 packs of 4 yoghurts to cover 1 week and with one pack of 4 yoghurts costing £4.00 each, it becomes very costly! i guess people with high cholesterol might feel like they don't have a lot of choice when it comes to their health, they may think they have to pay for products like this so as to have a fighting chance with their well-being. they may have many questions & uncertainties, but at the end of the day worrying about their health vs companies strongly advertising their product/s -focusing on the weak spots of their ideal customers is perhaps how many companies end up targeting their audience. this is unacceptable in my opinion. i don't have high cholesterol, but i do have other chronic illnesses.
I like the strawberry flavour better
Benevol yoghurt tasted much better than i expected, but very expensive.
I love this product i consume a benecol product every day to lower my cholesterol. i enjoy the taste of both the strawberry & the peach. the quantity of the pot is enough as either a snack, a desert or as part of a smaller lunch. i don’t care about the price i would buy these for my health.

I usually have the impression that peach flavoured products taste off/ weird smell, but this was really delicious. i was extremely surprised, taken aback even. it being lactose free was also the icing on the cake. would buy again when considering yogurt.
Flavours are very good. the health benefits are an important factor in buying these yogurt
