I really like this cheese because although it is 30% lighter the taste is just the same as full fat. a lot of lighter cheeses seem to lose flavour.
I loved it. first extra mature lighter cheddar of which i’ve been aware. i normally buy full fat because i really do prefer extra mature flavour. this lighter cheese is drier of course but i loved the flavour. i’d probably buy again.
