Lovely thick set yoghurt sonit was filling. it tasted nice with fruit added which is how i usually eat my greek yoghurt added protein is great too.
Due to being lactose intolerant, i’m always looking for different products that doesn’t hurt my stomach, this one ticks all the boxes, as it’s one of the types of yoghurt i can eat, but without the stomach issues.
First time using this in cooking and made mac cheese. loved it and will be doing it again. so simple.
