I did not expect this to taste as good as it does! i had heard vegan cheeses didn't taste anything like cheese, but this is great! i actually prefer the flavour of it to the cheddar we usually get. i ate the second half the block out of the packet :')

Melted well but tastes a bit plain if on its own
I was happy with the taste and texture etc as a vegan but my non vegan friend didn't like it very much. it doesn't melt that well either.
Good tasting product that fills this role well, looking forward to see how it performs in various ways.

Nice, and melts really well in a toastie, but i wouldn't say its a "mozzarella" replacement, it tastes too strong to be like mozzarella, not too sure about cheeses but maybe it's more like a blue cheese replacement?

Cheese tastes quite creamy but it’s difficult to remove from the packaging. texture is more solid than the cow or buffalo milk mozzarella.
