Shredded wheat is a sensible choice. putting honey and nuts on it feels a bit naughty. i was delighted to find slimming world includes this version as a "healthy extra" choice.
Great cereal but supermarkets own brands win on cost
Very yummy , and quite healthy . i bought for myself , as i don’t have kids . i ate with greek yoghurt , as i don’t like milk . very good value for money .
