Supposedly healthy but i'm not so sure. they're so taste like the better of cereals though...there's worse out there laden with sugar and other additives.
My kids love this cereal. they eat it so quick even the milk doesn't have time for them to lose their crunch

Mostly i really like this cereal. it's a healthier (than some other cereal) choice for my toddler and she loves the taste. i just have a slight worry about pesticide levels
