We used to have shredded wheat all the time when we were younger but i don’t tend to eat cereal as an adult - my favourite are bran flakes if i do buy. i forgot how lovely a bowl of shredded wheat are! they stay crunchy-ish in the milk until you get to the bottom of the bowl but still hold their shape. there’s nothing worse than soggy cereal! i’ll definitely be buying gain ☺️

Shredded wheat is one of the rare non ultra processed cereals which is great . no sugar and just one natural ingredient and it’s really tasty and easy to customise . however it’s very bad value for what is just wheat so would stick with porridge or own label wheat biscuits which are just as healthy

Love the fact that it has no added sugar or salt

Live shredded wheat, one of my favourite go to things to eat. only ever have hot milk with them but you can add so many toppings to mix it up and make it different each time
