I tried this for a change instead of having water while exercising and found it refreshing and because it’s an energy drink in my head it made me feel like i had more energy whether it was the drink or not!...tested as part of a promotion worth a try...
Mountain dew is more like a sweet treat fizzy drink than an energy drink having none of their usual artificial flavourings coupled with that awful medicine-like after taste usually found in so called energy drinks. the carbonation sits somewhere between coke and flat coke; best likened for fizz and citrusy sweetness to lucozade sport isotonic drinks of the 90s and 00s. the flavourings taste natural not artificial. refreshing and hydrating.
