All flavours are gluten free, and Coconut & Chia is even dairy free too. Super Seeds and Plain (No Added Sugar) have absolutely no added sugar and are also naturally high in protein.
Just add hot water, stir and leave to cook for a few minutes - you'll then be ready to enjoy at home or at your desk.

I have moma porridges with me when on the go. hot water is usually readily available, which means proper breakfast also away from home. great and tasty product.
