This is pretty good mince (mob kitchen have a really nice mince and tenderstem noodle dish with this mince), but i'd only buy it on offer

Nice enough product to use in the place of meat but found it quite ‘mushy’ when cooked in a bolognese. will experiment with it to find its best ways to be used
