Nice meat free product, again i wouldn’t know it wasn’t meat. tasty, great texture.

I bought the mince to use in my chili, i usually slow cook it, so had to adapt my cooking method as this mince isn't suited to slow cooking. it was easy to work with and even my husband agreed it was a great alternative to regular mince.
This was a nice alternative to a meat product. i’d definitely purchase again.
It was alright but i prefer the texture of quorn more. this one completely went mushy.
Used it for a chilli con carne. turned out great, does have that typical smell of pea protein which isn't very pleasant but with all the spices etc. added in, it was fine.
