Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar is made from Zhenjiang vinegar, which preserves the traditional flavour. It has a hint of subtle sweetness, malty, woody and smoky flavours.

I would never have thought of using a vinegar as a dip, ok we have it on our chips and for years it's been partnered with salt as a popular crisp flavour but with this on used as a dip, on salad mixed with olive oil it was amazing! if you've not tried it... try it
