Lee Kum Kee Cha Siu Sauce (Also known as Chinese BBQ Sauce) is a vegetarian, honey-sweet sauce, and it's the secret to the authentic Classic Chinese Barbeque Pork (also known as 'Cha Siu'). This sauce is a great marinade for many kinds of meats and ribs, and also meat-free alternatives, such as tofu. It's the perfect sauce for barbeques, roasts, and oven-baked dishes. Our Char Siu sauce is considered by many to be the best, it's easy to use and a little goes a long way.

Absolutely the best char sui sauce for marinating meat. delicious 😋
Added to halloumi to make the most tasty burgers - served with red pepper! amazing taste
Amazing, just too expensive if not on offer. i loved the taste flavour and all about it 😊
Used it marinate and it did add an amazing flavour
Added so much flavour to our honey and soy chicken
Great to marinate on meat for bbq
Great taste to add to a stir fry but it would be better sold on bigger bottles to use for a large family!
I used this to marinade my pork and to make char siu pork. my criticism is that the texture was too thick and the taste a little too sweet.
Tastes just as good as from chinese restaurant, perfect with pork/rice.
