I love this brand. i've tried several products from barilla and was never disappointed. lasagne are really good quality and keep their texture very well. i like to pre-boil my lasagna sheets and tried to use them both pre-cooked and raw even if the packet states it's not necessary. the result was excellent both ways and tasted like a nonna made them.

Minus one star because of the r.r.p.. i don't know what extra i'm paying for. the environmental credentials are good. bronze dye keeps popping up in these questions. i'm going to google it now... oh, so it's a good thing!

Best quality lasagne pasta ever, i haven't found better tasting ones. my lasagne comes out beautifully when using barilla.
