LÄRABAR launched in the year 2000 in the US. Founder Lara Merriken was on a hike in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of her home state of Colorado when she came up with a mountain of an idea: combine real ingredients such as fruits and nuts to create a simple, real food bar that was a joy to eat.

Very tasty, but far too expensive for me to buy in the future, and the very high sugar content put me off, but i get that it's sugar from fruits, dates etc... all in all, pretty good though!

Pretty tasty, quite strong of dates so if you don't like them, then you won't like this bar. quite expensive, but would probably buy if they were on offer
Good peanut butter and chocolate taste which disguises dates, very expensive if full price though
Tasted the same as other major brand but this one is much more expensive.

Apple and cinnamon is amazing. bit pricey, but yummy
Really flavourful. the apple is slightly sharp, and the cinnamon isn't overwhelming. nice texture - soft but not too sticky or chewy.
Great addition to the health bar market.
I enjoyed this. would prefer a crunchier texture but the flavour was really good!
