The company takes its name from its founder, Joseph Sopher, who launched the family business with his wife Jackie and their eldest son, Adam. Their delicious popcorn is still made by hand in London where every kernel is air-popped (a healthier cooking method than frying and results in better texture and taste), before being coated in his smooth caramel infused with natural ingredients.
