Savoury, slightly smoky and has a kick. used it to finish off a stirfry and a little went a very long way in packing. flavour punch.
Very good taste considering it did taste very similar to soy sauce despite not containing any sauce. like the versatility of this sauce as can be used as a marinade in a stir fry (like i have) or thick enough just as a quick topping or dip.
