Bought to support a calorie controlled diet. tasty and filling too.
Absolutely love these. taste great and very filling. also love the other flavours available. only caution to watch is calories stated per slice even though it is a pack of three! they seem to be marketed as a healthy option so be careful to add all three into your calorie intake. this is not a problem when you are out and about on tracks but not really justified having all three if you are just at home!

Ideal for putting in the lunch box or for having as a snack with a cuppa as they are a little dry.
It’s not as sweet as some others which i much prefers
