Dubious about its claim to reduce cholesterol but i like soft cheese with garlic and herbs anyway so gave this a try. smooth cheese with bits of garlic in it. really nice. pricey thought so would only buy when on offer

I heated it with gnocchi and asparagus as a sauce and it was truly lovely
