This product is perfect for a quick meal. i fried mine as instructed and added in some long grain rice. the texture is chewy, yet soft. the flavouring is subtle, it mixed well with the rice. ideal for a snack 😋

This is such a tasty and healthy part of a meal. i couldn't really tell that i wasn't eating chicken. this is really good for the occasional days when not having meat.

Flavour depends on what you add but it's a reasonable alternative to replace chicken chunks in any dish. texture is quite good and tastes better than average for a meat free product.
