Worked well with bolognese, lovely taste.

We used this for mexican tacos - really couldn't tell the difference once cooked but was a pain to cook with - instructions say to crumble into the pan - this does not crumble! it is sticky & ended up with loads on my fingers! therefore needs more attention when cooking than meat mince to make sure there are no big lumps but tasty once cooked.
