I'd say that this cheese would be a good starting point to introduce in to the world of the blue, strong and pungent cheeses. all the benefits of creamy texture but with tuned down, still intricate flavour.

I love all cheese but most blue cheeses are very strong. i loved the fact i could spread this on a cracker and the strength was not overpowering

The cheese is beautifully creamy and tangy and melts really well. i also find it goes well with quite a few dishes too. whilst i'd rather it not be packaged in plastic it does keep it fresh and prevents it getting squashed on the way home
