Very tasty full of flavour. most of all high protein what you need for breakfast 😃

Helpful list of contents is always a good starting point, as is the spy hole that enables a view of the texture. i'd prefer a no added sugar product as i felt there were adequate natural sugars. the additional vitamins won't go amiss. i'll look out for other fuel variants.

It's a nice way to start the day. i had to wait for it to soak up some milk, though, as it was a little harder than i thought.

We gave this to my brother on his birthday and he really loves it. he just has a little at a time as he says it's very rich.

Fruity and delicious, it kept me full for a long time- great start to the day. i felt like at full price this product is a little pricey and this would put me off choosing it over other brands/making my own.
