Very easy and quick to prepare. enjoy a tasty protein rich food to eat any time of the day. the added cocoa gives it a lovely natural sweetness. enough in the pot to satisfy although 2 pots would be easy to consume at once :-)

Quick convenient filling snack wherever there's a kettle to boil some water then to add to the porridge; flavours are quite sweet. would like it better if they had other fruity flavours and much less sugar in them
