Very easy to.produce a decent tasty traybake. used as a sweet treat to keep in the kitchen.

The sponge was very tasty, moist and light. the icing as too wet and if i make again i will use less milk than the directions show. overall a fabulous produce and loved that the trace was included so it was super convenient and quick to clear down
